oDesigns is an AI-powered social media post generator and design editor that helps businesses create professional, on-brand social media content. oDesigns is a product of AGENTIC COMPANY FOR DESIGNING AND PROGRAMMING OF PRIVATE SOFTWARE. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform at odesigns.app and any associated services. By using oDesigns, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Workspace Data: Information you provide when creating workspaces, including business name, industry, website URL, branding preferences (colors, fonts, logos), and language settings.
• Uploaded Assets: Images and files you upload to the platform, including product photos, screenshots, logos, and background images.
• Generated Content: Post designs, component code, and AI-generated copy created through our platform.
• Usage Analytics: Information about how you interact with our service, including feature usage, generation history, and session data to help us improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and operate the oDesigns platform, including workspace management, post editing, and content export functionality.
• AI Content Generation: To generate social media post designs using your brand information, uploaded assets, and website data as context for our AI models.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the quality and reliability of our platform and AI-generated outputs.
• Communication: To send you important updates about the service, respond to support requests, and notify you of changes to our terms or policies.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect it:

• Your data is stored securely in our Convex cloud database with built-in encryption and access controls.
• Uploaded files and assets are stored in secure cloud file storage with access restricted to authenticated users within the appropriate workspace.
• All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed to address emerging threats.

5. Third-Party Services

oDesigns integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: We use Google's authentication service to securely sign you in. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini AI: We use Google's Gemini AI models to generate social media post designs and copy. Your brand information and assets may be sent to Google's API as context for content generation. Google's AI data practices are governed by their API Terms of Service.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access certain data through Meta's APIs to enable post publishing and scheduling. This includes your Facebook Page name, page access tokens, Instagram business profile information (username, profile picture), and page engagement data. We use this data solely to publish content you schedule through oDesigns and to display your connected accounts. We store access tokens securely and encrypted. You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from the Channels page, which revokes our access. We do not sell, share, or use your Meta data for advertising or any purpose other than providing the oDesigns publishing service. Meta's use of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• TikTok: When you connect your TikTok account, we access certain data through TikTok's APIs to enable content publishing. This includes your TikTok display name, username, and profile picture. We use this data solely to publish content you create or schedule through oDesigns and to display your connected account. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the Channels page, which revokes our access. We do not sell, share, or use your TikTok data for advertising or any purpose other than providing the oDesigns publishing service. TikTok's use of your data is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.
• Payment Processing: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (workspaces, posts, assets, branding) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Social Account Tokens: Access tokens for connected social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads) are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Tokens are immediately deleted when you disconnect a social account from the Channels page.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data Deletion: When you disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account, or when Meta sends a deauthorization or data deletion callback to our servers, we automatically and permanently delete all stored data associated with that social account, including access tokens, profile information, and page data. Meta can send data deletion requests to our callback endpoint at any time, and we process them immediately. You can also initiate data deletion by removing oDesigns from your Facebook Business Integrations or Instagram Allowed Apps settings.
• TikTok Data Deletion: When you disconnect your TikTok account, we immediately delete all stored tokens and profile data associated with that account.
• AI Generation Data: Prompts and context sent to Google Gemini AI are not stored by us after generation completes. Google's data retention practices are governed by their API Terms of Service.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can access and review the personal information we hold about you at any time through your account settings.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hi@oagents.app. We will process your request within 30 days. For social account data specifically, you can disconnect at any time from the Channels page for immediate deletion.
• Data Export: You can export your generated content and designs at any time using our built-in download and export features.
• Correction: You may update or correct your personal information through your workspace settings or by contacting us directly.
• Revoke Social Access: You can revoke oDesigns' access to your social media accounts at any time by disconnecting from the Channels page within oDesigns, or directly through your social platform's app settings.

8. Cookies

oDesigns uses minimal cookies that are essential for the operation of our service. These include authentication session cookies required to keep you signed in and basic preference cookies for language and theme settings. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

oDesigns is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
